By placing an order through musthaveoutdoors.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity and a smooth experience for our customers in the United States.

A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

B. Need a Return Label?
No worries—our packages do not include return labels. Simply contact support@musthaveoutdoors.com, and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

C. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@musthaveoutdoors.com with the following details:

  • Order number and full name

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order screenshot)

  • Reason for return

  • For defective or damaged items, attach a photo or video as evidence to help us process your refund or replacement quickly.

Once your return is received and verified (typically within 24 hours), we’ll send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days, though your bank or credit card may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.

D. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Products
We support exchanges for items that are defective, shipped incorrectly, or of the wrong size. Contact support@musthaveoutdoors.com to request an exchange.

E. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged, wrong, or defective items. Return shipping costs for defective products are covered by us. Contact our support team to arrange your exchange.

F. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

G. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may not be possible depending on the processing stage.

Important Note:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including street and house number, to avoid delivery issues. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any resulting loss.
